I think everybody knows all these things..
Why are we in danger still?
Because of our thinking..
Lots of people think "I can drink coffee five times a day, smoke a box of cigarette a day, sleep 4-5 hours per day -and there is no punishment. Nothing bad will happen to me I am young and strong".
Elderly people think "I am little bit lazy/tired/fatty I can not move because I have pain in my leg and in my hip..
Otherwise why should I change? The life left me some miserable years to live. I could't do anything.
We don't show good examples to our children..
We don't believe in facts. However, generally speaking, all kinds of things are getting bad year by year..
Environmental pollution just adds to these..
What can be the solution?
Change your mind (try to eat more fruit, vegetable, start moving out sports, less TV)
Thinking positive, forget fags
Show good examples
Teach your children
Is it easy to say..?
You must do them..
